Contributions of Contents
iCONNECT provides a common platform for all units and committees to share updated
information on their new developments, initiatives, deliberations, decisions and/or approved
policies as appropriate. We welcome high-resolution photographs/images together with
write-up*, according to the groupings as illustrated below:

*Specifications of texts and photographs/ images

Texts: Articles should be prepared in English within 200 words. Additional details and
supplementary information can be provided on the department/project websites. All
associated web links should be included.

Photographs/images: ONE photo/image (with caption) in two sizes: 1) 680 x 174
pixels and 2) 220 x 150 pixels, (both under 1 MB in jpg, jpeg, gif or png format) can go
with each article.
Coordinators
Coordinators will coordinate contributions and make submissions on behalf of respective unit
to facilitate a timely and efficient process of information gathering.
Editing Process
The Communications Office will act as a central coordinator to collect, collate and
consolidate contents from all departments, offices and committees for the production of
iCONNECT. Submitted contents may be edited for consistency, house style and length.
Materials received after the submission deadline will be published in the next issue of iCONNECT.
